Project Description:
Through artifacts selected from The Thanks-Giving Foundation’s archive, this special exhibit traces the evolution of Thanks-Giving Square from idea to place. On display are original architectural models by Philip Johnson, primary studies created by international artists and photographs documenting years of initial development. Objects were selected to tell about the artistry and inspiration behind this unique Dallas landmark.

This exhibit was designed to be modular, first being displayed at Thanks-Giving Square in 2018 and then traveling to the Dallas Public Library in 2019.
